Jesse James Farm ReVisited April 3,1878

I painted the James farm in a plein air event looking up at the main house. I kept wondering how did they approach this place? This is the feelings that I had about the place after I finished the main building in a work.  I felt all the remains of the persons who had walked this land. This is the impression of the main exposure and the vibrations that haunted me.
